Intentional Creativity:

Intentional Creativity® (IC) is a healing philosophy rooted in the idea that what we create carries the energy of our intentions. When you set the intention to heal, you become the healer. When you create, you step into the role of the creator. When you choose to grow, you become the gardener of your own life.

This mindful, trauma-informed approach blends creative expression with personal transformation. It supports self-awareness, empowers choice, nurtures resilience, strengthens intuition, and promotes emotional and somatic healing.

IC engages the imagination and allows processing of thoughts and emotions through a variety of accessible practices—including painting, drawing, mark-making, guided visualization, journaling, powerful questions, and embodied awareness. It has been used in diverse settings such as addiction recovery, hospice care, psychotherapy, higher education, prisons, and corporate leadership programs.

I offer Intentional Creativity workshops for groups (online and in person), as well as individual sessions tailored to your unique journey.

Write Your Self:

Write Your Self is a guided, trauma-sensitive writing methodology designed to return choice, voice, and empowerment to the writer.

Research shows that after trauma, we need safe, supported ways to put words to what we’ve experienced—to shape and organize our stories. We also need company and connection in that process. Writing, especially when gently guided, can be a powerful tool for healing—used on its own or alongside other forms of therapy and support.

Writing after trauma may include writing about the trauma itself, or writing from the experience—exploring life in its aftermath. The writer always decides what to share, when, and how. Your voice leads the way.

Your story matters. When you reclaim your story, you begin to write your own ending. As a certified Write Your Self Guide, I’m here to support your healing through intentional, compassionate writing.

I offer Write Your Self workshops for small groups (online and in person), as well as one-on-one sessions, creating a safe and supportive space to explore your story.
